New Friday pre-registered party at the host hotel (Travel Lodge) .  The first 100 pre-registered drivers to check into the Travel Lodge across from Zwick's Centennial Park receive a free meal voucher for the on site BBQ. 

BBQ, LLBO licensed patio bar and music to celebrate the opening of Wheels on the Bay 2017.

Party starts at 5pm - 10pm

This is a private party for all registered Wheels on the Bay participants, registration wristbands are required to be worn for entry.

Saturday Night Cruise Night

in Downtown Belleville   

We will be closing a section of Front St. to a limited number of Wheels on the Bay registered participants.

The cruise is free entry, you must have your registered wristband and window sticker to participate in the cruise night.


Wheels on the Bay 

This three day festival, takes place July 21 - 23, 2017, with events planned all weekend long. 
In 2016, there were over 600 vehicles and 12,000 visitors to the Park to take in the activities. 
Although it is a three day show, you are not required to stay all three days.  We do not guarantee parking spots or hold them, it is a first arrive basis. 

You must be present to win awards and any prizes on event dates.

  • - Children 5 and under free
  • - Day pass is $5.00 each, 6 years and older at the gate
  • - Wristbands must be worn at all times in the park


  • - Weekend Pass $30 per vehicle which includes two weekend passes
  • - All participants are to register at the Travelodge hotel across from the park in the main lobby
  • - Window sticker must be visible on windshield to enter the park
  • - Wristbands must be worn at all times in the park
  • - You may leave your show vehicle in the park over night if you wish
  • - We have a designated location inside the event area for car carriers, no camping in this area


  • - Campers may enter the main gate to the park at the lights, walk across to the hotel to register
  • - Camping is outside the fenced show area, volunteers will assist you to park.
  • - Provided sticker must be visible on windshield, wrist bands must be worn at all times within the event area
  • - No fire pits on site
  • - No draining grey water, black water or septic in the park


  1. - All vendors enter at main gate 
  2. - An event organizer will take you to the vendor alley and locate your space
  3. - Please stay within your purchased area, our staff will be there to answer questions and monitor the area throughout the weekend
  4. - No camping in the vendor space or parking of vehicles unless space was purchased as a support unit.
  5. - Hydro provided for those who have purchased these spaces.
  6. - No generators used in vendor alley
  7. - Food vendors have a designated area with provided hydro
